Services · SaaS Product Development

From MVP to multi-tenant scale.

SaaS punishes both over-building and under-building. We help founders and product teams ship the right v1 fast — then evolve it into a platform that scales: multi-tenancy, billing, analytics and the architecture decisions that age well.

Who this is for

Three situations we solve.

“I'm a founder with a validated idea.”

You need a v1 in front of users fast — without architecture debt that strangles v2. We scope ruthlessly, build the core, and leave clean seams for what comes next.

“Our internal tool could be a product.”

You built something for yourselves and others want it. Productizing means multi-tenancy, onboarding, billing and support tooling — we've made that exact journey with clients.

“We're scaling and it's creaking.”

Growth is exposing the shortcuts: slow queries, manual onboarding, fragile deploys. We harden the platform while the product keeps shipping.

How we engage

Discovery. Milestones. Launch.

No black boxes — you see progress at every milestone, and scope is agreed before code is written.

STEP·01

Discovery

We pressure-test the scope: what must v1 prove, to whom, by when — and what's deliberately left out.

  • Ruthless MVP scoping
  • Architecture for the v2 you'll want
  • Build vs integrate decisions
STEP·02

Build in milestones

Core product first, in installable milestones — real users can touch it early, and their behavior shapes the roadmap.

  • Working product at each milestone
  • Billing & auth done properly once
  • Analytics from the first release
STEP·03

Launch & support

Launch, onboard, measure — then iterate on evidence, with the infrastructure hardened as usage grows.

  • Production monitoring
  • Onboarding & admin tooling
  • Scale & security reviews

A marketplace platform with operations built in

The medical equipment rental platform we built runs like a SaaS product: real-time inventory, a conflict-free booking engine, payments, alerts and an admin dashboard for orders, pricing and reporting — architecture designed for subscriptions and growth.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

How fast can we get an MVP live?
Weeks to low months depending on scope — and scope is where we earn our fee, by cutting v1 to what actually tests your riskiest assumption. You'll get a milestone plan with dates after discovery.
Who owns the product and code?
You do, entirely — source, IP, infrastructure accounts in your name. We're your engineering team, not a dependency.
What stack do you use for SaaS?
Modern and boring on purpose: React/Next.js frontends, Node or Python backends, PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS, Stripe for billing. Proven pieces your future hires will already know.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes — we start with a technical audit so you get an honest read on what's salvageable, what needs rework, and what it'll cost either way.
Can you keep building after launch?
That's the usual shape: a dedicated team that continues the roadmap month to month, scaling up or down as your stage demands.
