Services · Mobile App Development

Mobile apps with the polish users expect.

An app lives or dies in its first week of reviews. We build native iOS and Android apps — and the backends behind them — with the speed, reliability and finish that keep ratings high and users returning.

Who this is for

Three situations we solve.

“We have the idea, not the app.”

From concept to store listing: UX, build, backend, submission. You get a realistic scope and an honest opinion on what your v1 actually needs — and what can wait.

“Our app's reviews hurt.”

Crashes, lag, confusing flows. We audit, stabilize and re-architect where needed — Viapool came to us exactly this way, with a functional app that wasn't winning anyone over.

“Our web product needs to go mobile.”

Your users are asking for it. We extend your existing platform into native apps that share your backend — without forking your product into two codebases that drift apart.

How we engage

Discovery. Milestones. Launch.

No black boxes — you see progress at every milestone, and scope is agreed before code is written.

STEP·01

Discovery

We define the user journeys that matter, the platform strategy (native vs cross-platform) and the backend plan.

  • Platform recommendation with reasons
  • UX flows before UI polish
  • Backend & API architecture
STEP·02

Build in milestones

Builds you can install from the first milestones — TestFlight and internal tracks, real devices, real feedback.

  • Installable builds early
  • Performance budgets enforced
  • Analytics designed in
STEP·03

Launch & support

Store submission handled end-to-end, then iteration driven by usage data and reviews.

  • App Store & Play submission
  • Crash monitoring from day one
  • Update & iteration plans

The commuter app that won Nestlé, SAP and Unilever

Viapool came to us with a functional but unengaging app. We rebuilt the experience — material design UI, intelligent route visualization, weekly multi-seat booking — and the platform went on to secure $15M in funding and enterprise clients.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Native or cross-platform — which should we choose?
It depends on your app, and we'll tell you honestly. Performance-critical, device-heavy apps favor native Swift and Kotlin; content-driven apps often ship faster cross-platform. The recommendation comes with reasons, not preferences.
Do you build the backend too?
Yes — APIs, databases, admin panels and integrations. An app is only as good as the backend behind it, and split responsibility between vendors is where mobile projects usually go wrong.
Will you handle the App Store and Play Store submission?
End to end: listings, screenshots, review responses, the lot. We've been through the review process enough times to avoid the common rejection traps.
How do you keep quality high across devices?
Real-device testing across the screen sizes and OS versions your audience actually uses, plus crash monitoring from day one — so issues surface in dashboards, not one-star reviews.
What does an app cost?
Honestly: it ranges widely with scope. A focused v1 is a very different project from a marketplace with payments and tracking. The first call gets you a realistic range; discovery gets you a fixed milestone plan.
