The unglamorous moat

Deliverability is the product.

The best email ever written is worthless in a spam folder. Most outbound fails here — quietly, invisibly, before a single prospect reads a word.

Your main domain never sends cold email. Ever.

Rule one, no exceptions. We register separate sending domains for your outreach, so your company's primary domain — the one your invoices, proposals and support emails depend on — carries zero risk from day one.

Proper warmup, not fake patience

New inboxes build sender reputation gradually through managed warmup over two to three weeks before any real prospect is contacted. Skipping this is the single most common way outbound campaigns die — the emails "send" but land in spam, and nobody tells you.

Volume discipline

Each inbox sends a limited number of emails per day, distributed across nine inboxes on three domains. This keeps every mailbox within healthy sending patterns — the difference between outreach and spam, as far as mail providers are concerned.

Verified emails only

Every address is verified before it enters your database. Bounce rate is the fastest way to destroy sender reputation, so we simply refuse to send to unverified addresses — and the dashboard shows your bounce rate daily, with alerts if it ever approaches the danger threshold.

List hygiene and suppression

Unsubscribes and do-not-contact requests are honored immediately and suppressed permanently across every channel — email, LinkedIn and voice. Competitors, existing customers and anyone you tell us to avoid go on the suppression list at kickoff.

Daily monitoring, visible to you

Opens, bounces and reply rates sync to your dashboard every day. If deliverability dips, we throttle, diagnose and fix before it becomes a problem — and you can see it happening, because hiding problems is how agencies lose clients and we'd rather keep ours.
